I recently put in a FOI request for a quite large data set to TfL and
I was very specific about the spreadsheet layout that I required.

I'm happy to say that they responded with exactly the data I required
and in exactly the right format, though I suspect they had no
obligation to do so.

Still, it probably gave them one less thing to think about.
