I've dug out the High Court Judgement, but I haven't got a grip on the implications for similar data that was *not* the subject of a current FOI request at the time:

I wasn't sure which bit of the High Court applied. http://bit.ly/gtbHv That link is to Hansard when the Court said publish the data and the Speaker allowed 2001-2004 receipts to be shredded at around the same time. Trying to track timing to see if Mr Martin allowed it to happen with strange timing. I also haven't yet got a date when they were shredded or authorised to be shredded.
