Chaps, First of all, I love what you're trying to do with MySociety, there are few causes more worthy of attention than the governance of your own country.
I'm a web/app developer with a little spare time on my hands, and I'd love to help out with some coding if I can. I had a quick look on the site and it said my best bet was to post to this list and see if anybody needed a hand with something. Disciplines include Python, PHP, Perl, C/C++ & Java.
