How are tasks to be originated? At the moment it sounds like some Faceless Committee will push them out from their secret bunker at Mythic Beasts. Do we need user-initiated tasks? Obviously, letting J. Random Crackmonkey push out tasks to the whole national movement would be silly. User-initiated tasks with local scope?
