I'm using #freeourpostcodes, as it echoes "free our bills", and explains the
whole aim in 16 chars, but it hasn't much traction yet.

I think we need to go beyond "nonprofits", and just make them free for all
(we have a funny anti-commercial prejudice in the UK) - but I won't be
quibbling at this stage.
