It's a question tabled for written answer. It will be on TheyWorkForYou the day after it's answered, as with any written question, as that's when they're put in Hansard.
http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm/cmordbk.htm is the Question Book, http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm200809/cmordbk2/91014o01.htm is the current list to be apparently answered on Wednesday. I say apparently because earlier this week it had this page: http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm200809/cmordbk2/91012o01.htm and I can't find the answers to the first three questions there anywhere. So not sure exactly what's going on to do with the timings. Parsing the Question Book would let you work out how long it took questions to be answered, which questions were never answered, etc. But I believe it's all in a database at Parliament's end that it might be worth just asking to be made public. The Question Book also has whether an MP has a relevant Interest about the thing they're asking about, which Hansard does not.
