Shows a certain gap in our monitoring, doesn't it. To be beaten by
the Guardian...

The Guardian published at 20:31 Monday:

"Today's published Commons order papers contain a question to be
answered by a minister later this week. The Guardian is prevented from
identifying the MP who has asked the question, what the question is,
which minister might answer it, or where the question is to be found."

Today (Tuesday morning) the question appears as #61 in the list of
questions to be answered on Wednesday:

This link appears on the page of notices on the order book:

Did this link and page go up last night? Are we monitoring it?
Clearly we've discovered a purpose for parsing it and name doing
alerts on Carter-Ruck.

It would even be better of MPs questions went on-line as soon as they
were submitted.

Julian.
