This sounds like a great idea, there is a lot of potential in these 
Eastern European countries and - speaking from my limited experience of 
Romania - things are moving very rapidly. Now is the time to make sure 
that as things are changing and improving that they are doing so in a 
way that makes all systems more open and accountable.

Would it be sensible to have some of this information in the language of 
the countries for which you are aiming? Or will that simply lead to 
problems further down the line when a language barrier is inhibiting 
your ability to offer advice?
