In general, definitely.  Specifically in terms of researching a
constituency, I'm not sure what we'll do.  On the one hand, anyone can
research any constituency.  On the other hand, some element of the
local will be what makes the site interesting.

Probably a mixture of the two: one round where we ask people to
research their own constituency, and a second round where we ask
people to pick a random constituency from a list of ones pending
completion to help finish the job.
