Room hire anything from £200-£800 depending which room you have, I think; food and drink a considerable amount on top of that. I did a breakfast for 50 people last week that cost just over £2000. You can ring up the Banqueting Office and ask for their brochure, but I don't know if it's published any more widely than that.
