Preferably web-based. IBM ManyEyes seems to be broken at the moment (it happily draws the graph in preview but can't publish).
I'm planning to do a more serious version later using NetworkX (networkx.lanl.gov) but I'd quite like a quick proof of concept I can stick on the web. Thoughts?
