Hello there, I'm organising History Hackday -- 22-23 January 2011, at The Guardian, http://historyhackday.org/ -- Obviously, mySociety's remit involves a lot of history, so I thought that emailing you to let you know about it and request your help would be sensible. On the first point, you should sign up and come - it'll be awesome! I'd also love to speak to people in the government who have interesting data and/or would be interested in being involved.
