Try copying the package name into the search box in marketplace:

com.android.fixmystreet

It definitely works for me (Android 2.2.1 FRG83D).  If it doesn't for you then I'd suggest that the app isn't compatible with your android version or build.

I've been trying to find it for a while, so far unsuccessful.
In earlier discussions it was mentioned that you have to search for "Fix My Street" (with spaces) in order to find it, but at least at that time — 18 months ago — it was on the Android Marketplace.

I tried searching for that and didn't find anything, also when
installing using appbrain it doesn't install, failing with "can't be
found". There are reviews on appbrain from November so I'm assuming it
was available then.
