Essentially, no. The government do not publish court (i.e. Court
Service courts) judgments any more. They did once on the court service
website, but that was discontinued a while ago. They appear to
exclusively publish via paid for websites and bailii. I've asked.
Several times. Tom has taken me in to reason with them. No success.
Could you make an FOI request for the data? :-)
