As I got the same sort of b******t from Kent (including my local
councillor) when they ignored my report via FixMyStreet but jumped to it
when I asked my councillor what was going on, is it time for a concerted
campaign via our elected representatives ??
The main basis being that someone reporting a street fault shouldn't
have to prat around finding out which authority the street is in. Yet
again, we find a provider-centric view of thew world rather than a
user-centric view.
