Dear members of mysociety, I have somehow became a member of Tweeter, which I never wanted to join or in fact wanted to do.
I have somehow aquired an extradimention to my name which I certainly never added. Let me give a brief resume of my background and how I became interested in your group. For many years, whilst living in South Africa I was an honorary researcher for thew late Helen Suzmanaup. She was the sole member for many years of the ruling Nationalist Party. I believe the work I did for her did help her in her solitary opposition to the Apartheid laws. And I did it with both admiration and conviction. I felt that the work which mysociety is doing here in UK was comparable with the work I was doing in South Africa. As I am "long-passed myself by date" I can only admire from a far the work which you young people-researchers are doing. I would be most grateful if you could please get my membership name accurate so that I can enjoy your comments.
