This is a fine overview page, and if this info was not previously available, then it's surely good to have it documented. However, it doesn't help explain how to meaningfully participate as a core developer in the releases. Where does the discussion happen about the progress and planning of the release, and addressing problems? How to partipate in those discussions? How to push a patch into a preview release, or a release, how to make a release? Etc. My assumption is that this is all restricted to employees?
