That page is supposed to document the current release model for users.

I've also created another page,
https://mariadb.com/kb/en/mariadb-quality-development-rules/
but it's still an on-going discussion and also doesn't quite answer your
question, I'm afraid. But it mostly does, I think it'd be easier to
extend it than to create a yet another page.
