class-security can be compiled against 1.7. If anybody is interested I can provide a mmbase-classsecurity.jar for 1.7 without too much trouble. The only draw-back in the 1.7 version is that the security implementations don't support the 'class' method natively yet, so classauthenticion.xml must contain the credentials themselves to simulate it.
