It is a way to view princples of design/working/releasing/whatever.
Its a compleet tool that in concept allows anyone to add/update and
discuss these. For the rest i would like not to get into the
discussion (in this vote) see the examples you will get a idea of
what they are thinking about.
This call is just about sharing a tool i am working on that can be
useful for others and for that reason i want to place it in contribs
while i am building it.
