I would like to claim the name and space 'principletracker' in the contribution space. It will be a tool for keeping principles we should/could/are asked to follow within a community (in this case the MMBase community). The workings have been discussed at the techinical board meetings and will follow the basic designs of the system used inside kennisnet for this task. The tools used at kennisnet are neither opensource or free so are not a option to use. This is not the place for the discussion on these principles and how they work but Michiel placed some in the 'speeltuin' cvs under his name if you want to see what we are talking about. In time this tool will be placed on www.mmbase.org.

The code will follow the application rules and build process, it will be mpl'ed and working out of the box using the supplied readme on any 1.8 system.
