So, that means, a large collection of files will go on building if I do not
stop my router. That is very troubling, isn't it ? It will definitely make
the publishing slower and slower as it goes on...Could you just throw some
light on this ?

SwiftMQ uses temp queues for several operation, e.g. non-durable
subscribers, internal operations etc. All files you see are required.
Don't delete them! If a temp queue is deleted, all files of that queue
are purged automatically. If the router is killed, it purges the files
on next startup. Thus, the store should always consistent.

The queue cleanup interval is for message expiration.
