SwiftMQ uses temp queues for several operation, e.g. non-durable
subscribers, internal operations etc. All files you see are required.
Don't delete them! If a temp queue is deleted, all files of that queue
are purged automatically. If the router is killed, it purges the files
on next startup. Thus, the store should always consistent.

The queue cleanup interval is for message expiration.
