In what way is it pluggable?
You can customize the prompts based on the language and you can import
the default xsl and override the templates.
We did that in almost all our projects to give it a more professional
look then the default. I prefer to only ovverride the templates when you
need new functionality. The css does not define the full look&feel of
the wizards at the moment. It would already be a good improvement when
it does.

I don't think it is a real issue if the wizards have a more professional
look. Maybe, some buttons will move, but when they are on an intuitive
spot then nobody will complain. At the moment, it is not always clear on
which part of the screen the buttons have effect.
Maybe, we can figure out a way to make the wizards more skinnable
without copy&paste a lot of functionality.
