So, basicly the countrelations tag is a bit obsolete now.
Then I would make the countrelations tag deprecated and point to the example above in the documentation of the countrelations tag.
Furthermore countrleations does not return a list, so I think adding a 'max' attribute on it is a bit silly. Should it simple return max if it would otherwise return a bigger number?
That would be ok. But adding this attribute if you make the tag deprecated is useless.
