What use is an interface without implementation. I would let the implementations in the core too. Then it is clear what is where.

If the behaviour of the email builder changed , yes that is an unsolvable problem.

Why? You can have 2 email builders isn't it? A legacy one and a new one. Not
optimally conventient, but possible.

Yes i feel its best now to 'leave' all the old code and interfaces as they are and
provide the new application as optional until 1.8 (with install readme that explains that
you need to change module.xml and builder.xml's classpaths).

On who came up with the 'idea' in the first place it was not the mmc (not its job), i allways
try to talk to several people involved to get a vibe on what seems best i guessed ive misread
the vibe or people changed their mind based on reviewing part of the effects (i know i did).

I don't see this as a problem i just won't do it again and the topic is closed to me...

Daniel.
