One can not ask for a vote if it's not clear what happens. motivation: moving the code creates a new problems for wich we have good solution (depencency) the proposed vote always brakes something (or the core, or the email application) it's not clear why the SendMailInterface has to me moved to the email application >Btw if a vote get's a veto (with good reason), that should not suddenly >be a reason to not call votes anymore.
