This is not a bug but a feature as I explained. You might notite the '||'
operator there.
Btw, I do agree that this is odd way to recognize a 'system' builder, and it
would be much nicer to simply indicate in the builder xml or so that a
builder should be considered 'system' an be invisible for the casual user.

And in the comments precisely the same as I said appears. By the way, this
bugreport even explicitely states that typerel _is_ visible in my_editors,
which is not the problem under consideration here.
Basicly this bug should not have been closed, but rejected, as not being a
bug.
