I think sf might be a good tool, considering its success. You can create
projects, have mailing lists, etc etc. If we want to provide this kind of

There are a few tools that are like sf and we just need to find the best one. But I think we need such a tool in our own environment. With sf your project is just one of the 1000000.....

That's true, but I think the value of open source is not always the code, but also the community around the code. If you'd like to work on one of the applications? That's fine, but you'll have to become a commitor for this application. That's how most of the opensource projects I know are taking care of things.


Shortly I think to provide this kind of flexibility
ourselves, it might be a lot of work.

I tried not to look at how much work it is, but what we want.
