Only if you put them in an JSP2 environment. JSP's of the distro could use
the 'new' syntax which will work in both JSP1 and JSP2. I did not talk about
dropping the ${} syntax.
This will mean that we don't need two tld's or so. Because 'the' tld will
work in both environments.
