building from scratch

Hello,

After building mmbase-src-1.7.0 on Debian with
- java Blackdown-1.4.1-01
- Ant 1.6.1
I get 2 errors and over 180 warnings using while compiling the source.
%> ant bindist
Is there something I am missing here?
