IIRC it was an empty extension of MMObjectBuilder. So there is no need to
replace. In builder-xml's using it, you can simply specify 'Dummy'.
The PoolBuilder contained some extra methods that the VPRO used a long 
time ago.
Therefore i proposed to remove it from the MMBase distribution.
