Hello all, The Dutch ministry of economic affairs just released a letter to parliament. Dutch only. http://www.ez.nl/upload/docs/Kamerbrieven/PDF-Documenten/4038469-vtk.pdf In this letter they state (page 15), that all 30.000 granted patents by epo should gain an international legal status. Have a look at http://webshop.ffii.org to get an idea. Please help to tell all members of Dutch parliament and our government that this is a very, very thoughtless point of view.
