Has anything been done with these extensions?
No, not as yet.
I am willing to add hack #1 (checkbox/radiobuttons), since it fits the editwizard syntax and I dare make a decision on this (as projectmanager) without a vote.
I find #2 nice though a bit cumbersome and I wonder if other dependencies have been considerd (such as a field having any value/no value, having values within a range, not having certain values, etc.).
Which makes me hesitant to add this now (At least without a vote).
As to #3, I don't think we need another attribute - if we can specify a virtual field name and do not specify a wizard name that should be enough to let the wizard obtain the wizardname from the builder. (This does, however, require code adjustments in Wizard.java).
