As Dennis wrote the update can't be uninstalled but he seems to have 
found a way to bypas it.

An anternative is to install the Navision kernal hotfix which is 
only avaible for ver. 2.5 SP 2. However there is no problem with 
doing a kernel update without updating the applikation. That means 
executing the 2.5 without SP by starting the ax32.exe from SP3.

You should install a 2.5 SP3 and start this with a configuration 
that points to the 2.5 (SP0) applikation/DB.

By doing this Axapta think it is a SP3 and accepts the kerne hotfix.

We have a several customers with this installation.

But you can replace one file but this is bypassing the Q323255 
security update
