Maybe the ActiveTable parameter is enabled in the document parameter form?
In that case you need to setup SalesTables in the activetables-table.

Hello All!
The "Document Handling" functionality seems to be disabled (Can't
access Command -> Document handling while being in a Sales Order) in our
Dev environment and I can't find why. Besides checking the "Document
handling active" checkbox in user option, do you know what else I should
do to make that work?
