Just want to add some info.
Few weeks ago I've passed my axapta programming exam.
There is some question related with System Documentation, Application
Documentation and Application Documentation in AOT :
Example :
~ when we create new table and class. In which documentation should be
documented ?
~ where is "what is" located ? (application documentation)

SQL was several questions, index, clustered index advantages of indexes.
What does synchronisation do.
What/when is RecID
When exporting project what is exported.
Table maps
questions on methods static and instance; also what are fetch(),
super(), send() and what do they do.
questions on classess, run on server/client options.
Also none X++ questions on salestable and chart of accounts, ledger
balance
