B,
If you could send me some examples that would be great. I'm using Delphi
7 and incorporated the TLB to create two components, but there isn't a lot
Of information to show record manipulation. I need to add records to
interface some external programs.
Thanks,
Tom T.

Subject: RE: [development-axapta] Accessing Axapta through Delphi COM object
Have you tried to execute an existing job from your Delphi com object? All
you have to do is include the Axapta com connector TLB and instantiate a
variable of IAxaptaObject. It should work very easily, don't try to generate
your own recId's but let Axapta take care of that. I can send you an example
if you want.
Tip: if it is not the recId, but a (self defined) id-field - override the
insert method on the table to fill the id-field, it works much faster.

Onderwerp: [development-axapta] Accessing Axapta through Delphi COM object
Hello all,
I have seen references in this group about using Delphi w/Axapta business
connector to access functions within Axapta. Does anyone have any examples
of using this functionality to add records to an Axapta table with a correct
RecId.
Thanks,
Tom T.
