There is some very good examples in the Axapta COM connector help file:
AxDvgCOMUs.chm which is placed in the ..\BIN folder

Have you tried to execute an existing job from your Delphi com object?
All
you have to do is include the Axapta com connector TLB and instantiate a
variable of IAxaptaObject. It should work very easily, don't try to
generate
your own recId's but let Axapta take care of that. I can send you an
example
if you want.
Tip: if it is not the recId, but a (self defined) id-field - override
the
insert method on the table to fill the id-field, it works much faster.
