AFAIK this is a common Problem regarding ORACLE and MBS Axapta.
You will have to either implement your own online users Form or wait for a Bugfix from MS.

Hi All,
I have encountered a problem. Some of our users have logoff to the
system. But on the online user form, it indicates they still online.
It is only happen for the user who using AOS.
