[development-axapta] Refresh in AOS

There is a problem when I changing an object in AOT.  Example, I change 
a form or a table using 3-tier in AOS1.  When I run the application 
with these changes using other AOS, per example AOS2, they are not 
working properly.  The unique way to work properly in this moment is 
sincronize o compile in AOS2 (per example) some tables or forms related.

 

Is there a way to refresh all AOS without sincronize or compile any 
tables or forms to work properly ?
