one way is to create new copy of these menuItems SysFlushAOD,
SysFlushData, SysFlushDictionary and set property 'RunOn' to Server.
Afterthat you can refresh AOD, data dictionary even data cache on server
without restart of him.

There is a problem when I changing an object in AOT. Example, I change
a form or a table using 3-tier in AOS1. When I run the application
with these changes using other AOS, per example AOS2, they are not
working properly. The unique way to work properly in this moment is
sincronize o compile in AOS2 (per example) some tables or forms related.
Is there a way to refresh all AOS without sincronize or compile any
tables or forms to work properly ?
