       Sorry for providing the false info... It will work on XP. But as you 
said we can't use some features of Ax 4.0 when we are using XP.

Did you try to install it on XP?? if you did and it didnt work fine.. then you 
have to to install again without uninstalling the first AOS (named Compnay1 by 
default). Restart, it will difinatly work fine. Im using Ax 4.0 SP1 on my 
windows xp SP2. it works just fine.


Actually windows server 2003 is needed only when you have to use some 
companents in Ax 4.. like enterprise portal and others.
