We've installed AX 2009 demo, v5.0.495.0. On our client boxes, when we start the AX client's, we receive an Infolog containing numerous instances of the message "No Device". I've traced the problem down to the smmPhone form, which is a wrapper for the smmPhone.ocx ActiveX control, but that is as far as I can get. Oddly, each time the client starts, the number of instances of "No Device" increases by three (or four?).
I've tried re-registering the OCS, but it had no affect. Any ideas? TIA
