I can't really tell anything from this either, since all this output was
generated after the disk somehow disconnected (I think), so this is only
symptoms, without any hint as to the cause.

Could you try to run the command "logread -f > /tmp/log" ? This command
should take all log lines and put them in the /tmp/log file, for as long
as you leave it running. So run this command after boot and then after
the disk breaks, terminate the command with control-C and send over the
"/tmp/log" file?
