+1. Aapo is evidently familiar with the CI code base and has demonstrated that numerous times with own changes as well as code reviews. I trust him to approve and reject changes made by others.

Since he's been doing a lot of good work on Coin and the QA side of things, helping the release team, I'd like to propose him as approver.
