I'm sorry, but aside from the fact that "smaller" and "fewer" is a bit of an understatement (72% smaller and 95% fewer), I seems to me that there was indeed a serious mistake and that is that such a dramatic change occurred -- whatever the reason may be -- without any accompanying or better yet, prior announcement or explanation ! Apart from that, even if the data is more up to date or more reliable, these sudden changes have serious implications for its usefulness : it is not as if 'old' devices ceased to exist and some of the 464 properties that disappeared are pretty important if not vital, like UAProf to name but one. I would imagine there are now a lot of 'unhappy campers' around and I'm one of them.
