-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi all,
Following the suggestions made here earlier, I'll be making some DMAP-11 data available in the near future. Reza's test and Werner's comments raise an important issue : test data sets. I've been looking around the www for popularity and sales figures of devices around the world. But, it seems to me that the first important step in the creation of various specific test data sets, is to set up a repository of UserAgent strings *with* the device they resolve to in the DeviceMap resources, along with sets of UserAgent strings that to the DMAP resouces are 'unknown'. I'll be running my collection of UA-strings thru the parsers and make the results : useragent string and DMAP device Id, available. Finally, I think it is *vital* that the DMAP properties include one or more UAProf URLs.
