I'm not quite sure how ethernet tuning parameter
are working in other setup and this seems the
correct way to use it

Changes in v3:
        - add sgtl audio support
        - add ethernet gigabit tuning
        - use hub reset only in usbhub and not
          in otg vbus

        - add the board in alphabetic order
        - remove cpu operating point
        - remove simple-bus and adjust regulaotor
