At the risk of repeating myself:

e-smith's official response to Darrell's complaints on the devinfo list
was my follow-up pointing out that devinfo is not an official support

We are not babies. We do not go into a sulk and cut off business
relationships just because someone says something on a mailing list.

I would point out that it's Darrell who raised the issue of his business
relationship with e-smith in this public forum. e-smith have better

I'm sure you, and anyone else in your situation, will soon realise that
this isolated incident is not so much a reflection on our Partner
program in general, which as you know is pretty solid, but on one
particular business relationship that didn't work out. We look forward
to having you come onboard in the fullness of time :)
